At JewelleryByMBA, we take pride in the quality of every piece we deliver. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Policy We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings (once opened)
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
- Custom or personalized orders
Damaged or Wrong Item Received If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
How to Request an Exchange Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order details and photos of the item. Our team will guide you through the process.
Cash on Delivery Orders For COD orders, exchanges are subject to the same conditions above. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
